Privacy & estimate requests
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the contact information and project details you choose to provide, including any optional uploaded photo. Alaska Tileworks uses this information to respond to your inquiry, assess the project and follow up about our tile services.
Form delivery
Our website uses the third-party service FormSubmit to route estimate requests to our business email, tilealaska@gmail.com. Information and uploaded photos entered into the form are processed by that provider as part of delivering your message. FormSubmit states it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. Emails we receive may be retained in our business inbox as needed to respond to requests and maintain project records.
What to share
Only send information relevant to your tile project. Do not send payment-card details, government ID numbers, medical information or other sensitive records. Upload photos only if you have permission to share them.
Questions and deletion requests
For questions about an inquiry you submitted, or to request that we delete a message from our business records, email tilealaska@gmail.com. Other data may remain subject to the form service's own retention practices.
